BEFORE a disaster, a loss, a divorce, a death, a theft reporting to the police or a sale of an asset, DOCUTECH ASSURANCE will provide the home and business owner with a complete itemized inventory of their personal property (physical assets) captured in a series of digital photographs, and we scan all proof-of-purchase receipts. Upon completion, we “Notarize” the inventory documentation which many insurance companies and other interested parties commonly require.

We hold each customer’s data on a zip drive that is physically stored at our selected facility and we establish and upload all the data in an individual personal log-in account on our website for viewing and loss reporting.

AFTER a disaster, a loss, a death, a divorce, a theft or a selection for a sales posting, the customer has the 24/7 ability to access the inventory information for submission to the appropriate party(s). It is a fact that possessing a current inventory of your home or business interior and exterior assets will be a valuable, reliable and difficult to dispute source of documentation towards meeting the burden of proof that insurance companies require to process, evaluate and settle your loss claim. Additionally, our inventory service has been formatted for those who need accountability and/or division of assets for Estate Planning (Wills & Trust), Divorce, Theft Recovery & Commerce (including e-commerce). For law enforcement the rapid identification of your assets via the internet AFTER a theft or burglary may facilitate an increased percentage in recovery.

POLICY ASSESSMENT SERVICE
BEFORE a disaster or loss, DOCUTECH ASSURANCE will also perform an assessment of your insurance policy that will include our recommendation that allows you to maximize your asset coverage that has been evaluated in conjunction with the completed inventory of your asset values.

AFTER our policy assessment you will be directed to your agent or broker with the necessary information to achieve a positive change for your asset protection.
